NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC 
Pursuant to Governor Newsom’s Executive Order N-29-20, this meeting will be conducted by teleconference, and there will be no in-person public access to the meeting location. All votes for this meeting will be taken via rollcall.
This meeting is being held via teleconference and can be accessed through the Merced City School District website at www.mcsd.k12.ca.us when the link becomes live at 9:00 a.m.
 
Although physical attendance by the public cannot be accommodated; the district is making efforts to ensure public participation.  Person's wishing to comment regarding items on the agenda may do so by e-mailing:  dpbuhrmann@mcsd.k12.ca.us  or calling to leave a voicemail at (209) 385-6640, no later than 8:00 a.m., on the day of the meeting. Comments will be provided to the Board at the appropriate time and be included in the minutes. Please include your full name when submitting comments and be aware that this information may become public information.
 
Public comments on items not on the agenda will not be received at this meeting.  The next Regular Board Meeting will be held on May 12, 2020, where public comment will be received on items not on the agenda.
