Promote input and involvement of all staff in decision making processes regarding Curriculum and
Instruction of all students
Provide clear direction and procedures in all academic areas as it relates to programs, strategies
and assessments as they relate to student learning in grades Pre-school through 8th grade
Provide ongoing, high quality staff development that promotes good first teaching, monitoring of
learning and immediate interventions to accelerate learning for all students to reach grade level
standards
Provide guidance in site budgetary decisions as they relate to curriculum and instruction
Provide information and direction to assure compliance to all state and federal requirements
regarding curriculum, instruction, and assessments as they relate to categorical programs and
budgets
